Bounce House

Bounce House is a Tampa Bay, Florida based funk-jazz band. Featuring Ben Plott on lead guitar and vocals, Nick Souder on drums, Ben Winkler on keyboards, Trevor McDannel on bass guitar, and Phoenix Gayles on vocals, they are quickly taking the Tampa Bay area by storm. They have played some of the areas’ hottest venues and are developing a strong fan base. With James Brown, Medeski, Martin and Wood, Soulive, and Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings as influences, their sound is a funky, jazzy blend with some reggae and rock mixed in. Also a full light show delivers texture and depth to their performances., Bounce House is managed by Harry Wilson. Each band member is experienced and well qualified on their instrument. Miss Gayles is pursuing a degree in opera and her vocals display the strength and complexity of her voice. The band is committed to recording, performing locally, touring, and doing festivals.
